Flavour
Ginger Ale – liquid velvet with a kick. The success of our Ginger Beer naturally led to the development of our own Ginger Ale, the perfect mixer for whisky. Earthy and full-bodied drunk solo, this mixer twins with aged spirits like whisk(e)y and dark rum. This unique blend of natural ginger with a touch of cardamon offers aromatic notes that round out the flavour with a silky depth.
Aroma
Warm from beginning to end, with light spiciness and caramel undertones.
Tasting Notes
Launching softly with a gentle spiciness, the cardamon end-note intensifies richness.

Ginger
The warm, pungent and spicy aroma of ginger lends itself perfectly to mixing in drinks like Whiskey and dark spirits. We love using ginger for this spicy kick it adds within our ginger ale mixer, but did you know that ginger originates from Maritime Southeast Asia. Ginger is actually a cultigen, which means its only known within cultivation and is not found naturally in the wild. References of ginger cultivation date back to circa 500BC, but first made its way to Europe around the 1st Century.
Cardamon
Cardamon is spice made from the seeds of several plants that come together to give a herbal zesty citrus flavour that is somewhat sweet and spicy at the same time. Within our Ginger Ale Mixer the Cardamon adds a level of depth and intensifies the drink. There are actually two main types of cardamon, black and green, with our ginger ale we use green cardamon, which provides that sweetness. Cardamons are found as early as the 3000BC in what is now India.
